Maligator K9 25-acre campus site plan with nine-acre training campus and future expansion

25-acre property concept

Nine-acre campus. Sixteen acres for expansion.

The concept places the main building, indoor training hall, three one-acre training fields, kennels and quarantine area within a controlled nine-acre campus. A six-meter gravel perimeter road, wooded buffer and dedicated kennel service access support safe daily operations and future growth.

View from the main building

Training fields and kennels in one controlled layout.

Three separated operational environments provide space for general training, vehicle searches and agility work. The kennels and integrated quarantine area remain visible and accessible while staying separated from public arrival and parking zones.
